“Worst service ever!”

Be warned, when they list an item as available it doesn't mean it actually is. My order got delayed and delayed a fortnight at a time with no apparent hope of it ever turning up. They offer no compensation, no viable alternative and just basically told me hard lines. Left without a fridge or freezer for a month now with a pregnant wife and young child. Brilliant!!! I will certianly never be using this company in the future and have gone to Asda direct instead which offer a far superior 3 day delivery service.

I don't think they should be allowed to list things as available if they are not. I certainly would never have purchased from them in the first place if I had known they weren't actually available even though they indicated otherwise.
