I orded this product, which they charched me for and I never received it!!!! I tried to find the website to write them an email and to my surprise I was unable to find it. So to my opinion I just waisted my money!!! So thank you very much for the service and I wonder how many people believed this advert and ended up like me :(

I too, ordered this after noticing it on Facebook plus the other stuff, Toothpaste the White. Forgot all about it then found charges of £20.34 and £16.08 was taken out of my credit card account. Cannot believe that I have fallen for this and I gave a dispute pending for the return of my money which can take anything up to 2 months. No delivery of the items means no knowledge of how it works!

why are amazon and facebook advertising this product.i did excactly the same through facebook.i have phoned the bank right away,not to send any payment.i tried phoning on 2 different numbers,no response.i have bombarded them with emails to cancel.just found their facebok page and left a comment ,but they dident show the post.cant believe I was taken in.

They have just taken £99.99 out of my bank account for a so called free trial which I never received. I am livid! Does anyone have a telephone number for them?

Hi I had the same amount taken out of my bank. I managed 2 get through 2 them and the man said if I returned it I would be refunded. Iv tracked the parcel and it says it failed 2 be delivered for someone to sign for it which seems a bit strange for a so say big company not 2 hav anyone there 2 sign it.

Hiya how did you get through to them as they hav taken 200 pound out my account which was my childrens money for nappies food and wipes etc
