One has heard many stories about rip offs, particularly in Mexico. So far this was handled in a very professional, confidence building fashion. I hope the actual procedure goes as well. Our appointment was rapidly followed up with a call answering not only our questions but a few more we hadn't thought of. All in all it was a good experience
