This is the first time we are using dental departures. The service we received at the dental clinic was very good and at the hands of an experienced Dentist.
However, the arrangements made were not smooth enough and we were not informed. We had to send a reminder email before an appointment was made for us. Furthermore, the person we were dealing with went on leave without even finalizing our appointment or informing us that someone else will take over. We only came to know when we sent a reminder email. In the end our requested morning appointment was shifted to the afternoon slot. Also, we had requested for transport to be arranged from our home to the Clinic. This also was not done despite having agreed to it in the beginning.
Nevertheless Dental Departures has a lot of potential but needs more streamlining in terms of prompt communication.
