The representative had not received a confirmation from our appointment request. She was extremely polite and offered to call us back after contacting the dental office. Her callback was within five minutes and her follow-up email was immediately received.
My only concern was how much was this service going to cost me and was told by the representative that the dental office was responsible for their costs. Wow great service and Free.... When we received our dental bill it was for less than we thought it would be. Even better. Thank you for your great service.
