Very pleased by the professionalism and follow up. Communication was back and forth between me and Dental Departures, but always courteous and patient with my requirements. A great job -- will come back again. Only one small suggestion:
Not realizing the time change between US PST and Mexico time, I was an hour late for my appointment (thinking I was actually early) and hated to show up that way. Because it's right on the border of California Arizona and Mexico, this can be a little confusing. Also, I would have liked to have a written estimate for the total work to be done prior to departure, as there is more work planned in the future.

I'm sure the dentist would not have minded giving you a quote prior to your departure if asked and they should have it in their records if needed :)
