I asked a question which was in compliance with instruction(s), and did not receive an answer. However the response indicated a referral to a clinic that could answer question. Your firm is not needed in this case

We are able to answer most of your questions but if it is specific or something that we are not sure about then we will always ask the clinic so that we don't risk giving our customers the incorrect information.

Our team is always working hard to learn more about various procedures and to get additional information from the clinics so that we can answer our customers questions.
