It is unfortunate to have to leave negative feedback, but, after many emails, they still continued to not answer clearly stated questions and this is really unfortunate. It was even stated that this lack of responsiveness was not very professional, and they did not even bother to reply to that or the initial, still unanswered questions posed directly to them.
It is not a good indication of likely future success if this is how they choose to field the premedical portion of their customer service.
Good service includes timely and complete responses and answers to any and all questions, inviting any follow up questions should anything not be clear, then to reply in a timely manner to completely answer any new or remaining unanswered questions.
Really not a very effective job at all at customer service but did arrange an appointment.
Leaves me with very uneasy start when going to my appointment, not at all sure if trust or confidence will be in the same room as I am in.
