I received TWO confermation emails confirming my appointment for Saturday morning only to arrive and have the office never have heard of my name. I am completely shocked that a confermation email would be sent TWICE if no appointment was booked. I am lucky that the staff at Dental Spa were incredibly gracious and made me as comfortable as I could be as I had to wait for 4 hours until the Dr. arrived.

Bangkok Dental Spa was notified of your appointment on the 13th of February along with a follow up reminder on the 14th of February in anticipation of your arrival for the Saturday appointment. As such, there should have been no reason Bangkok Dental Spa was unprepared for your arrival: Dental Departures take this incredibly seriously.
Dental Departures is currently in discussion with Bangkok Dental Spa management to determine why this occurred.
We have tried to e-mail you 2X to see how we can help you be made whole but have not received a reply. Can you please e-mail [email protected] so we can help reimburse you for your waiting time.
