“Helpful, but ONLY to a point...”

At the Dental Complaints Service (for private dentists), if you have reached an impasse with your dentist, they arrange for you to see a panel..

This is where the problems really start or at least they did for me. I was wearing the evidence which the panel showed they were quite oblivious to--and upheld the dentist.

It is a game of cruel charade, so please don't think or believe Dental complaints that there will be 'fair play', because it isn't on the agenda.

I have googled for reviews of the Dental Complaints Service and found none! So I thought I would star a review on this site.

Omg this is exactly right, frighteningly similar to my own experience! You gave them.. 2 STARS? I know you have to give them one star on here, but 2?

You are absolutely 100% right - their panel IS a game of cruel charade.

And, like you, I have googled for complaints about them and found none!

These people have done me out of thousands of pounds and yes, like you I was wearing the evidence. There is NO fair play with the panel at the Dental Complaints Service.
