    This laptop is shockingly bad. About a month after purchase we first had problems with it. First it was the CD drive and memory card slot not working. Since then we have had numerous problems with it. It is also very slow, in fact my 8 year old computer (not a Dell!) is faster. Now after the waranty ...

    Dell Inspirion 1150. Very good laptop!! never had a breakdown with it. Though low charge all the time.

    I bought aDell Inspiron in 2003 to write my thesis; it's 2009 and my computer is still performing well. Battery life does "suck" fom the beginning. And I now need more memory but this computer has served me well.
