Item: Dell Inspiron 5150
Motherboard died while on a business trip. Paid ' 400+ for a new motherboard. Just back from another trip and Hard disk died while away. Luckily this time it died after I had just completed my jobs. Must now try and salvage the data from the HD. Overall this is one extremely disappointing Laptop. Just bought a new Sony Vaio 17" and hopefully it will give better service than the Dell. ...

Its a very good Destop replacement. Best to get 4GB memory, 2x 200GB 7200rpm harddisks, 2.5 or higher processor with 6MB cache, fastest graphic card, Tv card, bluetooth/with mouse. Item: Dell Inspiron 1300
Not a reliable laptop. I found this laptop to be gravely unreliable, parts failures occurred on several fronts - the CD/DVD ROM drive went within months. The Hard Drive failed, and the screen failed since I've had it. Not impressed with Dell. Their customer service is not too hot

Item: Dell Inspiron 1525
The Dell Inspiron has everything I need for my studies. This laptop is perfect as it is fast and loads pages very quickly.
I love my new laptop, it has everything I need. The colours are fun but above all, the software and hardware is very good. The system is fast to start up and fast to load.
