“We decided to go here after looking online and seeing...”

We decided to go here after looking online and seeing the menu there.
Louise wanted the Mussels and Octopus but that wasn't listed on the menu.
We ordered drinks which were served at room temp and without lemon or ice.

We ordered 6 lots of Tapa's for £19.90.
The drinks were £3.50, for 2 x cokes.

The forks on the table had to be changed one had food still inside the prongs the other had stains on.

On the Tapas the 2 x King Prawns were dry and had a hard covering.
The sausage and potato was very nice.
The squid was very plain and lacked any taste.
The noodles were supposed to be Singapore style (dry and hot) and were in fact laced with olive oil and had no spice.
Now the Kofta was on another planet, they were raw in the middle and frankly what was cooked tasted like it was stale.

At no time did the waitress come over to check on the food and how we were but was chatting to a couple at the bar and indulged in a glass of wine with them.

In the end with the wait getting tiresome she drifted over and I told her what was wrong with the meal.
£5.00 was knocked off the bill and no tip was left.

To be honest Louise was looking forward to the Octopus and Mussels, and because we were there we decided to eat.
In reflection La Tasca was 5 mins away and we should have gone there.

In summary.
The food was very bad and drinks didn't take the bad taste away, the service was bad and all what we wanted to do was leave.

I will not be going back.
