“Great location but...!”

Recommended to us as a lovely place for tea and scones, we found Abigail's to be crowded, with outdoor tables empty of people but full of finished cups, plates and cutlery. The wait staff were friendly and our cream teas arrived quite promptly, but the scones tasted stale and old. Abigail's does not accept credit or debit cards, but makes no mention of this until they're presented to pay at the end of your stay! Great location, but...
