I absolutely love the actifry, it has been a godsend on my road to losing 4 stone in the last 6 months. the food is delicious. I never need to miss out on roasties and chips, the chips taste better than deep fried. You can cook carrots and other veg's in it and they are sweet and tasty. The only criticism's I have is that it is noisy and the lid seems flimsy and you have to be very careful when closing so that you don't break the catches other than that its brill
