“give it a wide berth”

as a pensioner, I thought this was the best appliance since sliced bread,however, after the lid broke,and the handle came away the pan,it's back to microwave and fryingpan,contacted tefal several times,yes you guessed right,no reply.I could have gone on holiday for £160.

Take it back to the supplier, under an EU directive from 1999 which had to be enacted by all EU member states by May 2000 everthing sold in the EU has to have a 2 year guarantee and the seller is responsible for the guarantee
