Given the often shoddy and self serving service given by many companies today it is refreshing to deal with Vincent Bond. Everything is open and clear, fantastic customer service and liaison. I am cynical to say the least, but VB have restored my faith to be honest. Huge thanks to you all! VB charge a management fee, that was very clearly explained to us both verbally and in the documentation. However, they have reduced the amount we were paying monthly by 90% and overall will have saved us some £30k in payments including their fees over the 6 years so I would say excellent value for money. Add in the significantly reduced stress levels we have been feeling as our creditors have responded well to VB and the overall package is worth the small cost.

I sent a message online for a call back and within 5 minutes Indra called me back, she was friendly non judgmental and very helpful. She went through all my options and after I felt an iva was the best way forward. I was given all contact numbers I could contact at anytime If I was worried about anything.
