good afternoon and a a very promising initiative

I was more than happy with valour . the fee was worth the trouble they took from my life. Think things slipped a bit under debtclever and my full and final took forever but sped up once they knew they were folding. All in all they made my life better and for that I'm very grateful. Nothing was out of bounds even when I was really struggling but with the full & final there seemed no real effort I was forever chasing them . maybe they knew things were coming to an end but we got there in the end so thankyou valour and good luck in whatever you do in the future

Tricked me into joining five years ago when I was looking for a consolidation loan, paid full amount on time every time since and now that I should be out of debt they took too much money out of my account, blaming an error and then send me a text saying they are waiting for me to sign a pack regarding creditor arrangement. Please return to ensure your interest and charges remain frozen and collections process does not start!!!! I no longer owe anything!!! I need to try and contact my bank to make sure they do not take any more. Please people, stay away from Clever Law, Debt Clever, Valour Financial or any other aliases they may use

I joined them a few years ago and have had a brilliant experience. However out if nowhere I've been advised they are closing and to go ahead and arrange another payment plan either directly or with ano alternative dmp.There is nothing on the website or online just this one letter, no advance warning, I am not left feeling quite confused. And upset.

What can I say .....getting in touch with Valour Finance (which by the way is a better name than Debtclever)...three and half years ago changed my life....honestly , it let me breath again. from day one I was given a finacual adviser, thank you from the bittom of my heart. She was there every step . She phoned me to see if things were going ok ,to make sure I could afford the repayments , when I phoned up if she wasn't available her colleagues would help me but they also passed it onto her whio would ring me at the next opportunity. I have paid my debts off and feel relief now. Its a new journey, one that I don't think would have been possible without Valor Finance /Debt Clever. so thank you to the team you really do make a difference xx

After struggling with debt I contacted Valour Financial back in 2010, they were courteous and professional and immediately made me feel I was starting to regain control. I have just made my final payment and have nothing but praise for staff from day 1 up to dealing with the full and final settlement team, they kept me informed what was happening with weekly phone calls and I cannot thank them enough. Valor took us from the depths of dispair and gave us hope, we were spiralling out of control with debt and really worried about losing house and everything. Valor went through our debts and came up with a repayemnt plan that really suited our budget, been with them 6 years now and over half way to paying off everything (they told us it would be about 11 years). I would thoroughly recommend Valour Financial Management. They have been nothing but helpful and friendly in getting me out of debt and I could not have done it without them. The service they offer is fantastic and you can log onto the portal at any time to see your creditors and how much you have got left to pay. You can also alter your monthly payments if they are too much for you or you want to pay more. I would recommend Valour Financial Management to anyone who feels as if they cannot cope with the debt they have. Finally I can sleep at nights!

Valour Finance helped me out with creditor arrangements 4 years ago. I was falling behind with payments and struggling to juggle the various creditors constantly contacting me. Valour took away all the stress and arrange a much much lower monthly payment that the creditors agreed to. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them and would whole-heartedly recommend them to friends and family.

I have been with Valour for almost two years now, and am so happy with the service I have received. What can i say from the start of the process to its conclusion and the clearance of my debts mostly "payday loans and credit cards " it was all painless and easy.The staff at Valour Financial were extremely helpful and courteous at all times and were sympathetic to my plight.Even when i asked question after question to my personnel administrator nothing was a problem,they were helpful and courteous.In short i can find no fault with the service which i received from start to finish and would have no problem recommending Valour Financial to my friends and relations.

Six years ago I had made the mistake of taking too many loans out and then struggled to pay them all.I received a call out the blue from Valour Financial They was very professional and reassuring that I could be helped.I listed all my dept,and they contacted my creditors and negotiated a smaller Total Monthly payment.My creditors were contacted by Valour which kept phone calls and letters away as an agreed amount was paid.A personal administrator rang me on a regular basis to check all was okay,made sure the amount I was paying was affordable and sometimes they lowered my payments if I was struggling at that period of time.The online Client Portal was very user friendly and informative.A great company.

Can't speak highly enough about the Valour Finance team! The help I received from them was top class and had my debt cleared quickly and efficiently. Constant communication from them during the period of my debt and dealt with everything to a great standard. If your in a similar situation regarding a debt then I highly recommend valour Finance!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Valour & my team. I would without a doubt recommend this company to anybody who feels that their re payments are getting on top of them. We only have ourselves to blame when it comes to debt but when I discovered I had no money on every payday after paying minimum payments to my creditors I knew there had to be help out there somewhere. I rang Valour and they were only too happy to help me, it's been a long slog but I made every payment with them on time and now I have absolutely no debt in my name and I am buying my first house :) Valour not only helped me repay my debts biut they also made me aware of money that I shouldn't of been paying. I received cash refunds on interest I shouldn't of paid. I received PPI refunds, and also a refund on accounts at the end when my final payment was less than my monthly payments. Several years ago, my husband and I were at our wits end, we had more money going out than coming in. Credit cards, catalogues, loans etc. We covered our outgoings but had nothing left, about £500 plus paid out each month.One day I looked for a debt management company, I came across Valour Financial Management. I didnt have a clue what I was doing, but an operator popped up on my screen to talk to me . She arranged an adviser to phone me, under no obligations. Try to have all your paper work ready just incase, out goings, money coming in etc, they're not being nosey, they want to help. I went from paying approx £500 to £180. Once I agreed , there was a one off payment but then you leave everything up to them. You have your own personal adviser who is always at the end of the phone and a portal to follow whats happening. Only one thing that I didnt like is that you do get occasional letters from your creditors even though they've agreed to your plan, I just put them in SAE and sent them to Valour. Recently we've been lucky enough to have the money to pay our creditors off in full, Valour Financial Management sorted that out , getting us the lowest settlement possible. Please look into Valour, see if they can help you ,you've got nothing to loose and you will sleep again at night and get your life back.
