Awful aggressive behaviour

I contacted ValourFm for some help, i am not behind on any bills but thought i would look at a debt consolidation. The customer service was average from the man I spoke to very clever at the way he would keep relaying figures about what you would pay but where he got the time scale from regarding how long i would be paying my debts from if i don't take there help I have no clue.The monthly repayments where manageable so I told him I was happy with the repayments and he was going to send me some T&Cs to sign. The next morning I decided i was going to cancel this as some1 offered me help. So I rang and I spoke to the man that had been helping me all along and wow how his attitude changed. He was rude aggressive and angry I am disgusted he is allowed to trade I have a recording of the conversation as I wanted proof I had cancelled it and il be sending it to whoever necessary to insure he is investigated and that customers dont get bullied into taking help from ValourFm.
