I've never contacted them as I have NO NEED to buy I get about 3 or 4 emails per day which frankly is getting on my nerve and after speaking with three 'customer service' advisors they're refusing to remove my details (where'd they get them from??) from their records!!!! “Helpful Advisers, lots of options and clear paperwork”

Advisers were really good, let me make decisions in my own time and made sure I understood everything. website was really easy to use, all the online questions were simple enough to fill out quickly but at the same time it took enough relevant and important information so when the adviser called they were able to help straight away. This is my first review on here, and i'm not normally one for blowing any trumpets, let alone one that isn't my own, but in an industry full of crooks and pirates I felt Trapped deserved some praise for the stand-out service they gave me.
