I can't thank stepchange enough. I am in severe financial difficulty and could have lost everything but now I have a plan in place and I can sleep at night. I felt very fiercely the sense of shame and guilt at having accrued debt when our family circumstances changed. Stepchange.org has literally saved my life. Special thanks to the advisor, who has a lovely and kind demeanour and so easy to talk to and explains everything well. Thank you from myself and my family. Now we can see a light at the end if the tunnel x
