Step change is a fantastic charity, we can only hope that more people with debt troubles find out about them and use their understanding, unjudgemental and very supportive services. Severe debt put huge stress, and strain on our lives. Talking about it openly can be very uncomfortable however step change made us feel immediately at ease, their reassuring and helpful advice was invaluable. They instantly took all of that worry and despair away and set us on the path to becoming debt free, which we now are. We will never be able to thank them enough.
