I would like to thank CCCS/Step Change. When my plan started I felt desperate I owed such a lot of money, I also felt ashamed,sleep was at a premium. A friend recommended that I contact CCCS, I have to say I immediately felt better, there was not and never has been an ounce of judgement and I am very grateful to them. I am now debt free, it took seven years almost to the day, a long time but once you start you know you've done the right thing and you know advice is always there for you whenever you need to speak to someone, annual reviews are not scary and if you are struggling due to household bills increasing your monthly payment can be adjusted. There hasn't been anything I disliked about the way things are handled, the staff are very friendly and know their stuff so that they can give you the best advice always. To the staff there I would like to say thank you for your video this week to say congratulations to me for being debt free and for helping me through it, thank you so much.
