Absolutely fantastic company - I initially contacted Stepchange in floods of tears thinking I would have to declare myself bankrupt. As soon as I had I finished my phone call I was reassured that a debt managment plan was the way forward - I knew it was going to be a long haul and tough at times but also knew it was do-able and that Stepchange was there to help me through.

Every member of staff I have ever spoken to have been polite, non-judgemental and extremely helpful. If I had a shaky month and needed reassurance, after a conversation with Stepchange I knew everything was going to be ok.

I know this review may sound over the top - but I do genuinely mean every word.

I would urge anyone struggling to contact this company, their service is free and I can almost gaurantee you will never look back.
