I was nervous about making contact with CCCS but I was put at ease straight away and was not made to feel ashamed about my debt. The DMP was so easy to set up and CCCS clearly have an excellent reputation with the debtors. I love using the website and find all the information excellent, also being able to see my debts decreasing is helping my confidence tremendously. CCCS are quick to respond to queries and very approachable in all cases. I've a long way to go yet to be debt free but knowing I'm on the right track it brilliant!!!
