I found this company after searching online and was impressed right from the start, after inputting my details I was contacted within a matter of hours and found them very helpful and putting me at ease.
They sent out all the forms for me to fill in within a couple of days and were always on the phone promptly to clarify details and see if there was anything else I needed help with and if I needed to phone them, I could always get through, no long waits on hold and anyone who picked up your call always dealt with the query.
Alisha was the account manager but everyone I dealt with was always very friendly and helpful and kept me informed along the way as to what would happen. When it came around to the court date, again they told me exactly what would happen and the documents they provided were all excellent and professionally done, which I'm sure was a big plus when being looked at by the courts and official receiver.
I'm hoping I'm never going to need this particular service again, even though they've offered ongoing help after the bankruptcy has been finalised, but I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the same predicament.
