Had I known how inefficient and misleading they were I would never have gone with them. They leave out the most important information when you are probably at your most vulnerable. Please make sure you know what you are getting into. They also use with a PPI claims company who are equally inadequate. Please also do not expect your phone calls to be answered in less than approx 40 minutes.
