“payments to my credtors”

My DFD IVA plan is good, but i would like a statement every 6 months listing how much has been paid to my creditors to date,the amounts that were paid to each creditor and the date the payments were made.
It would be most helpfull when i get calls from my creditors asking me about the payments That DFD have made and are going to make on my behalf.
