I have been on a debt management plan with the DAL for nearly 2 years, and very much appreciate the work they have done for us, making seemingly impossible payments manageable and consistent. With my latest statement, there was a short note about the full and final service, and the potential benefits and savings. This was not pushed on me through sales calls, which was great. Struggling with debt is hard, but people phoning and reminding you of it when you are trying to relax in the evenings and weekends is not nice!! The DAL are very professional and deal with you as a human being with the weight of debt on your shoulders, not a tick on the weekly sales target sheet!!

I phoned up the full and final team having recently been left some money. I spoke with  
Stephen Aldersley, who thereafter guided me through the whole process honestly and clearly. The DAL fee for the service is not insignificant, but there was no attempt to hide it, and repayment is flexible. Stephen returned all calls and emails promptly, and got us an excellent solution. We are not debt free, but we have reduced out debt from £30000 to just £5000 with a payment of £17000. That's a saving to us, after fees, of £8000, which is a lot of money for anyone!!

Couldn't recommend this service enough, even if you only have the means to pay part of your overall debt. It's a massive weight off my mind, and let's us rebuild a better life, starting today!!
