When DFH rang me and i decided to join with them it was the best thing i did as i was struggling with my payments, straight away i felt confident with talking and paying a deposit over the phone, they didn't push me or rush my decision to join, all through my plan they rang me and kept me up to date with things and sent an email of my payments. I initially contacted DFH last year as I was really starting to struggle to keep up with all my monthly payments. They were understanding from day one and didn't cast judgement. I had spent years struggling to get my debts under control; every route I tried ended up making the problem worse. I was very cautious about talking to DFH but they were completely non judgemental and friendly to deal with. They negotiated fixed repayments to my creditors and the worry and stress disappeared.
