I've had a debt management plan with DFH for 11 years - but still one creditor was very difficult and continued billing interest so high my debt was getting bigger despite mothly payments.

The person I dealt with was an absolute godsend!

The person I dealt with was professional, compassionate and understanding of my personal circumstances having battled with cancer for years - and having also just been diagnosed with ME. He was very experienced and competent.
He went back to the original debt - managed to stop the interest and then took my case to the financial ombudsmen and got them to reduce it by £9,000!!

This could not have happened without the person I dealt with, he helped more than I can say.
