I used this company for two years during this time i had money coming back to churchwood that never went to creditor. Churchwood couldnt tell me why i had to phone up creditor and ask which payments they recieved and what ones they didnt then phone churchwood who attitude was i couldnt be bothered. They got really rude when i asked what am i paying £36 a month to them for if they dont do anything?

Try idebtplan these are a lot easier more professional
