From start to finish, Baines and Ernst were continually helpful. At times when I thought someone was going to come knocking at my door for money, they were very reassuring, which in turn helped me relax and feel safe. I can't say that at any time did I have a problem with any of the customer service team, infact from the word go until the end, which has happened in the last month, I can't say anything bad. If there was an issue with an account they dealt with it to their best. One creditor though would not listen to them, regardless of their phone calls and financial statements which were sent to them. I always found my calls were answered promptly. Financial reviews that took place I did feel were a little rushed, but when your status remains the same year in year out, what's the point of staying on the phone too long. I wish to thank the Team so much for all their support.
