copy of my letter no response yet in 2 weeks
I recently activated a travelex multi cash passport As a trial for future holidays My overall experience is NEGATIVE The set up and activation at Glasgow airport went without a hitch.
I used the card for the first two days of my holiday without a hitch.

My problems started when I set up my account online and viewed my balance !!!!
1. The balance was incorrect by $85.00

I called the call centre from Canada on my mobile ,I spoke to Anne Marie .
She agreed that the balance was incorrect and after speaking to her supervisor.
It was discovered that every retailer I had visited credit vetted the card and debited a charge.
I was assured this would be credited back to my account,but no timescale could be given.
This is not mentioned in your booklet anywhere ?????
2. The following day I tried to log on to my online account to check the balance and the website would not allow access.

For the second time I had to call your call centre from Canada from my mobile, I spoke to a advisor this time. She tried to access account and had the same problems. After speaking to her supervisor she had to reset my account. I cannot relog on to the site I have to get a new password every visit ??????
3. My card was declined insufficient funds at Loblaws =(Asda)

There was more than sufficient funds, I just paid with cash.
For the third time I called the call centre from Canada on my mobile,I spoke to the advisor who agreed with me there was sufficient funds. After speaking to her supervisor it was discovered that Loblaws do not accept your card. If I had been aware of this it could have saved me the EMBARRASSMENT of having my card declined.

I would just like to say this is not the "smarter way to travel" if I had taken cash all of the above would not have happened.
