We had 2 cards issued for our overseas trip. One card didn't work at all, the other would occasionally have problems. You can't check your transactions or balance on an iPad or iPhone, which is extremely inconvenient when travelling. But the main issue is I have had pending transactions sitting on my account for over a month now when they should have been cancelled (because the card didn't work and we used another instead. And now to resolve the issue so I can close down the account - there is only a 1800 number that leaves you on hold indefinitely!
I've used the same product before with no issues, but it is clear if something goes wrong there is no service whatsoever.
