Did'nt realise you should'nt let hotels swipe card on checking in! Many hundreds of dollars tied up on balance of card which I could not access - in fact I still can't nearly 1 month later!
Rarely able to use PIN to verify purchases in US - they don't have it in most stores/hotels/restaurants - so done on signature (not checked by anyone!)which is horribly insecure.
Not able to get balance from ATMs only from internet site...no use unless you take iphone or laptop with you!Never knew what balance was so always in the dark!
Unhelpful when I rang in US to get money released from from hotels back onto card.Hotels said down to card company, card compnay said down to hotels!!
Now back in UK with hundreds of dollars still on card which I will lose money on when I have to convert back to £...
Poor show Travelex and Cash Passport............Once bitten.....
