    I am a kitchen retailer. I sold a De Dietrich oven to a customer in October 2008, it is only needed for the summer months as she has an AGA for winter use.     Have had the de dietrich dishwasher for 15 months and it failed to heat the incoming water. Phoned the manufacturer and was told they only guarantee for 12 months. Repair would cost £155. Wasted ages on the phone and was told by marketing dept of De Dietrich that it was covered for 24 months. ...

    A very expensive mistake. Bought this De Dietrich DOD348 for our new kitchen, after two years the elemnet blew, the door came loose. We had both fixed, they both went again after another year. I have come to the conclusion it is better to cut our losses and buy something else rather that keep paying ...

    Most frustrating of appliances ever! Even the smallest of spills or splatter activates the 'safety' lock on the de dietrich and everything shuts down for two minutes while I press in vain on the lock icon to get it going again. Wiping the surface during cooking means making sure that it is polish ...

    Up til now this De Dietrich DTI304 hob has been brill (I have the larger 309X) cooking on it is great. unfortunately it has been in the repair shop for the past 3 days (out of warranty). Two plates went at the same time, could not sense that there was a pan on the plate. Still waiting for the bad ne ...
