Since Smooch changed the format of the site I have found the system to be very poor and navigation of the site is nowhere near as good as the previous format.The previous format was simple and easy to use and much better than the new system.

To be honest the new format puts me off using the site and i'm sure plenty of other members are of the same opinion.

Someone should have thought of the old saying, if it's not broke don't fix. it.

Not at all impressed by the new format and think the site has deteriorated owing to the changes made. The who thinks you are smoochable format now is a complete joke and I wont even consider think of using it now and delete as soon as I see it as it is a waste of time and effort..
