I think some of the reviews are a little unfair or misunderstanding of this site. I appreciate people may have bad experiences. Afterall there are bound to be more predators, and cheats using a free service, especially one so popular.
I have had my fair share of people messaging me who clearly have an agenda for one thing and I quickly ignore them. It's true, you can't always tell, but I've learned you have to be very astute in the dating game, no matter where you met the person.

I can see that many men are hugely disappointed when women don't reply and them think we're arrogant or fakers. Maybe that's true for some women but I can honestly say that I get so many messages a day that if I replied to them all, I'd spend my life on the web. It's not cos I'm saying I'm drop dead gorgeous, it's the sheer amount of people on there. I'd be lying if I said looks don't come into it, however i'm least likely to reply if someone just puts hi, or says something weird or stupid. Personality and something that stands out make me most likely to reply.

I suppose this dating site is in danger of becoming a victim of it's own success. I can tell by the wording on people's profiles that some users are annoyed, don't know how to contact, when to ask for a date or whether it's just full of fakers! As for me, I'm not a faker, and if something comes out of it, great, if it doesn't hey ho!
