Do not use match.com!!! Terrible customer service, you get automated responses and don't actually read any emails properly before responding! They will take a lot money from your bank account without even telling you!! The app is awful, shows you matches from completely different countries, and thats if it even shows you the right gender that you specified!! avoid at all costs!!!

If you think Match is terrible, then try eharmony. No other dating site is as bad as eharmony. A few months ago, Match was about to take money from my account because I forgot to cancel my subscription. I emailed Matched and they stopped money from be taken out of my bank account, and this was during 48hr period before the subscription end date when they don't normally allow a refund.
The response from Match was a personal one.
Eharmony took money from my account even when I clearly cancelled my subscription.

I have heard harmony is bad, but I personally didn't receive great customer service from match. I had cancelled my subscription but they still took 2 lots of payment out of my account and refused to refund me the money (they claim I had restarted my subscription, which I hadn't). Initially I was getting automated responses until after a few emails a person actually responded, but even then they weren't properly reading my emails.
