Beware!

Match just want your money, and have little interest in customer satisfaction, make sure you cancel your automatic renewal as soon as you can, for they will grab that money from where ever your payment came from as soon as your initial term is up, and is they lure you in with a reduced price be sure they will hit you for the full price on renewal, in short I see this organisation as sharks, when I contacted them and complained that I did not want their services and wanted my money back, I was told that they would not refund, when I wanted to speak with a superior to the very unhelpful person that I was talking to, I was told point blank that I could not, when I asked for a name of someone I could write to, I was told they could not give me anyones name to write to or contact.
So do yourself a favour and go on one of the free sites, as this lot don't care about you, just your money they want!
