I was given very poor customer service and had to re-enter all my customer details a number of times (that takes a long time for a full profile). The site was OK but nothing to write home about to be honest. Just a run of the mill paid dating site.
I cancelled the subscription after a while as I didn't use it and they bombarded me with emails however they still took a renewal from me. To say i was furious was an understatement. Effectively I have had £77.94 STOLEN from me by match.com
I had to get their customer service number from a third party site and they in a short sentence told me to go away. Stay away from them like the plague - they have some nice marketing and adverts but the reality is that they are a very poor company.
