“Hard to use”

As a newbie to online dating, I find it difficult to navigate around the match.com website. There is no help guide on how to search, what to do to make your profile stand out and why oh why do they keep suggesting people outside of my chosen criteria? Not to mention for some reason they have my religion totally wrong - Jewish (I am Muslim) and for the life of me won't let me change it. I can't find the customer service number which is a pet peeve and only really old men seem to wink or want to contact you!
Waste of money, time and I really really hate the interface,
