Internet dating is a bIG waste of time

Internet dating seems like a great idea in theory. You create a good profile, look for possible matches and message interesting ladies.

I'm a fit reasonable looking guy with his own business and can hold my own in bean bag races!

However, I've broken the dating cardinal rule, I'm divorced with kids that live with there mother. I see them regularly, but this is like a cross to dracula for single woman these days. Such is the moral fiber of society.

So, no one returned my message. It also turns out, after a little research, I found out why (apart from the kids thing).

The best looking 5% of the woman get 95% of the emails. They now feel they can hone in on Brad Pitt lookalikes, preferably with a bank balance
to match.

The funny thing is, according to one article via Google, the beautiful people are not hitting it off either; chemistry, personality and many other things that do not come across in a profile.

So there's a lot of time wasting as it takes half a morning to meet someone in a coffee shop.

Speed dating is more fun, but also takes perseverance.

These companies are making a killing though. Good luck with it, just like the lottery, a few people get lucky with it.
