“Christian site without Christian values.”

I signed up for eHarmony because I heard that it was a Christian dating site. A few weeks after signing up I found that I had stage 4 ovarian cancer. The treatment required 17 sessions of chemotherapy (one per week) to try to shrink my tumors and than a very intrusive surgery that would require many weeks in the hospital and also many weeks of recovery time. I was also told that I might require more chemotherapy after the surgery to have my best chances at recovery.
I contacted eHarmony and asked for a pro-rated refund. The contract states that if you are unable physically to date for six months one is entitled to this refund. I received an answer that I was not entitled to a refund because I didn't let them know that I wanted to cancel within 3 days of signing up for the service. In other words, even though I could only use the service for two weeks and I paid for 6 months, I was not entitled to a refund. They would rather keep my money despite the fact that I'm probably dying and will never be able to use their service.
If this i a Christian dating site, it is Christian in name only because it is certainly not Christian in principle. When I wrote back after my denial of refund, I stated that their motivation was based on greed. they are taking money that I could use to help pay my medical bills and using it for their own greedy principals.
