Later I consulted support team and they told me to run under administrator account. This instruction works. The scan went through and I clicked repair all. The errors are gone. Thanks to Smartpcfixer. All my computer errors are gone. I cleaned the computer virus but the registry was seriously broken. The virus cleaner could not fix my registry errors for me. I tried to do manually by going to Microsoft, but they asked me to repurchase a new system. I really could not afford it. I have been troubled by some runtime errors in computer for several months. One of my friends, who is a technician, reminds me that I may have some registry errors. I download and install Smartpcfixer in my computer and try to fix these errors. The first attempt has failed then I consulted the support team and they said I did not log on windows as administrator.
