The website says: USD 4.97 for this "software" and claims it is a Microsoft partner !
This was billed to my card account, then another USD 49.70 a few days later.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR SUPPLY CARD DETAILS!

EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW HERE IS PART OF THE SCHEME:
FALSE IDENTITIES, CHINGLISH
