I do have a complaint, that is the license number was too long to be put in the activation box. Finally I made it work, and the recovery result is quite satisfactory. I am not very good at computers. But this product is very simple and easy. I managed to retrieve all my photos back. The result is satisfactory. Great product. I was so satisfied by the result. It recovered all my photos from my system drive C disk which contains many photos. I did not notice that I had a folder in the system drive with the photos of my girlfriend and I. Then, I reinstall the whole system and lost everything in the C drive. I mistakenly downloaded a wrong version of Cardrecovery pro onto my computer. Don't know why but maybe the agent of this company does not update the version prompty. First try is failure, after contacting the support team for help, they guided me to download the latest version. This time, it works. Now all my photos are back and I can send to my parents. Thanks. This software is easy to use. The processing speed is quick. It found over 2000 pictures within just several minutes. The recovery is also very sucessfully. Over 90% of my pictures are back. Some of the lost photos are not found because I overwrite some new ones in my memory card. Anyway I am satisfied with this product. Would recommend to my friends. (read more)
