I mistakenly downloaded a wrong version of Cardrecovery pro onto my computer. Don't know why but maybe the agent of this company does not update the version prompty. First try is failure, after contacting the support team for help, they guided me to download the latest version. This time, it works. Now all my photos are back and I can send to my parents. Thanks.
