I always shop in Wilkinson at Dagenham heathway.but was quiet annoyed when I knew I had been overcharged by a pound at the till.I pointed this out with receipt in hand but told nothing she could do I was told I had to go to help desk so on a Saturday I have to go and queue up again!anyway I was right I had been overcharged a pound on harpic there fault not mine.I was asked to sign a receipt and refunded.I was made to feel I was in the wrong for wanting my money back there was no conversation not a flicker of a smile and no apology for their mistake! Very poor customer service. And as I spend about 30 pound a week there I shall be checking my reciept thou roughly in future before I leave the shop.
